Impact Crash Course

Do you have an NGO or are you a starting social enterprise and you want to get to the next level?

Are you based in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania, and you want to achieve financial stability with your organization?

If so, then Impact Crash Course will get your organization to the next level.

Impact Crash Course is a two-week virtual event that brings together aspiring NGOs and social entrepreneurs from across the Baltic states to achieve financial stability. The Course is completely virtual and will take place online via Zoom.

​​During the two-week hackathon, each organization will have their own mentor who will help with anything that you need during the 2 weeks. Participants will also have the opportunity to participate in different workshops to understand how to reach stability. In the first week, there will be workshops on business plan and market research, while the second week will focus on marketing, sales and pitching.

Applying: To apply, simply submit your social enterprise description and current overview by 29.10 using the form listed below. The only criterion to apply is that your idea must have an aspect of social entrepreneurship – it should solve an environmental or social problem.

Once the crash course begins, you’ll be assigned a mentor to guide you through the process. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in workshops covering business plan development, market research, marketing, sales, and pitching. You’ll also have regular check-ins with your mentor to help you refine your idea and make progress on your goals.

Agenda of the online sessions: 10 November – Opening meeting; 11 November – Business plan; 13 November – Market research; 16 November – Business plan II; 20 November – Marketing & Sales; 22 November – Pitch; 24 November – Final.

Winner:  At the end of the crash course, the best three teams will be selected based on the strength of their idea and the progress they’ve made over the two-week period. The winning team can be fast-tracked into the accelerator program, which will help them take the next steps.

During this online event, you’ll have the opportunity to hear from experienced social entrepreneur and you’ll learn about his journeys, the challenges he faced, and the impact he’s making in their communities and beyond.

In addition to the inspirational talk, you’ll also have the chance to ask questions and learn more about the Impact Crash Course. This is the perfect opportunity to gain valuable insights and make informed decisions about whether the crash course is right for you.

The Impact Inspiration Event is open to anyone interested in social entrepreneurship, regardless of whether you plan to participate in the crash course or not.
