As a high school student, she raised 100 000 euros for diabetics, was voted Estonia's most influential young person #14, and has received all kinds of awards from the President, JCI and the NGO Association. In addition, she has written three books, created three businesses (two of them social enterprises) and mentored and trained 1000+ social entrepreneurs and young people.

Graduating cum laude with both a bachelor's and a master's degree, she is an activist who has organised the TEDxTTÜ event and designed the learning environment at Kohtla-Järve Gümnaasium (and 25 other things). She has founded her own social enterprise, Huggy, and wants to change the world one person at a time by developing their mental health.
Sales & Habits, Visionary, Impact Day Programm ManagerErkki has slowly grown into a social entrepreneur. After coming to Social Entrepreneurship Estonia for an internship in 2016 while at university, he has stayed for a much longer period and has also founded his own social enterprise, Changemakers. He reads 50+ books a year (81 in 2021) and 10 000+ pages, runs marathons in different parts of the world and invests regularly. His work has been recognized by the NGO Association, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Ministry of Culture, the Integration SA, and the ENL.
Business consultingAune has been working in the Social Enterprise Network for 10 years, researching and advising social enterprises in the field of business development in Estonia and abroad. She holds a master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management from the University of Tartu, where her Master's thesis focused on the development of social business models. As a serial volunteer, she has contributed to organizations such as AIESEC, the Estonian Youth Union, the Estonian Montessori Association and her local village association. Her favourite topics are green living and effective learning.
